No tapping of the block is needed and this adaptor has provisions for running external coolers, oil filters, oil prelubers or/and oil volume meters or pressure sensors. Inlet port will flow to the equivalent of a -12 AN line Replaces entire oil filter adaptor. Plate has 1/2 pipe tapped holes and a large .702 throat for high flow.
