I believe that Randy Guynn has AMC 20 spools available at Performance American Style. $242, made by Yukon (?).

Do they make one for the D-30, if so where do I get one?

I wouldn't put a spool in a Dana30, especially if it's a front axle. It will make steering nearly impossible, and the axle shafts and u-joints just aren't up to the stress a spool would put on them.

will this work in the eagle's amc 20 rear end?

:-| Are you sure the eagle has an AMC20? If it does, it should work. When I was building the AMC20 for my 69 AMX, the local parts store didn't have listings for bearings and seals. I had them look up parts for my 77 Cj, and they all fit.

I'm not really up on Eagles, but I thought they were built with AMC15s. They look the same, but are considerably smaller.
