Got it Running.......

Ok i got the photographers YJ finally running. But it does no idle perfect. I only set the timing by ear i am sure that use some to do with it. But it seems to idle smooth then will all of a sudden stumble. Occasionally stall.

Unless i rev the engine when i but it in drive or reverse it stalls. I have never work on an automatic jeep before SO i dont have any clue where to look.

Should there be an Idle kick up? is it mechanincal? Electric? or vaccum?

timing dude, should be an electric aw4 or 999...but they have a linkage kickdown...thats for the 3rd gear. NEEDS TO BE HOOKED UP you can roach one very fast if it isnt
