Thanks to the members here we have taken steps forward and are now offering this bulletproof adaptor for th400-dana 20's This adaptor replaces all cast adaptors and has alot of extra material where it counts. Its no joke breaking one of these and can cause major damage to your drivetrain. This adaptor is many times stronger than previous castings.

We added .100 to the ring landing. The sides are solid except for bolt clearance. The mounting pad is solid and has 1.125 deep tapped holes. Oiling groove was opened up and the mating surface to the th400 has a new geometry that allows more than twice as much torque to be applied before failure, and you can multiply this times the amount that the solid aluminum has over cast. ONE TUFF COOKIE!! We have milled 100lbs of aluminum to get this process right :!:

Are you going to include the oil seals & bearing when your ready to ship?

I can do bearings and seals for $50 installed otherwise these are going to run around 250

If you can find me a couple gaskets to ship with it and throw it all in a box, I'll order one now :t:

you dont need gaskets with these they have grooves for silicone instead :lo1l:

So with your adaptor, all I would need is an output shaft to mate with my D18. Where the hell am I gonna find one of those #-o
