So I was all set to guy buy the following Sunday Morning, then the guy called me saturday night to tell me He sold it, after I had told him I was coming in the morining to pay for it and pick it up :(: :(: :(: :smile:

1982 CJ-8 for sale.
6-258 Engine runs, but has a blown head gasket.
4 Speed manual with D300 t-case.
20 gallon gas tank
AMC20 in rear with 1 peice axle shafts
30 font, 5 bolt hubs. No idea on gearing.
Body is OK. Most of it it fairly nice, with a few rust spots here and there, and 1 or 2 areas where it rusted through, nothing major though
Cab is good, 1 seat is torn, both seats original CJ ones. Floor panels are good, typical surface rust, with 1 quarter seized rot spot.
Bed is good, comes with tonneau cover.
A few body mounts are shot...2 in the rear that I know of.
Fiberglass 1/2 hard top, riveted and sealed to cab. The vent windows are etchted with some cool designs by the previos owner.
Didn't drive it, only started engine.

He is looking for best offer. Guys, he just wants this out, and is not looking to get much at all. He said 500...
