Tried to weld aluminum to stainless today

...long time ago.....welded an aluminum fuel filler onto a beer keg tank.
I think because i didnt know the kegs were stainless it worked. 111!!!


I still have it.......I should go look at it to see if its corroding? Anyone want to buy it ?

Modern day kegs are aluminum.

...I know these kegs are stainless. I had 2 welded end to end at a welding shop with a piece of stainless in between. I welded the filler in there long before that.

Also being that I work in the metal trade I had better know :?
