Lucky to get a couple inches here at the beach! IT snowed I think last year and EVERYONE freaked out - it was great!! Of course I also dented a rim on my little 88 ford ranger doing doughnuts in the work parking lot....

I turn of the A/C for 4 months =D> . If it gets real cold (below 50 degs) I MIGHT put the soft top on my jeep  . Oh yea, we have had snow here before, about an inch :lo1l:

Clean up yard, last minute work on vehicles so i dont get stuck doing it in the cold. Putting the lawn mower away, and locating a snowblower or plow truck to buy

Tarp up the swamp cooler, turn off and cover the ACs, and check my antifreeze. It's a rough life... 8)

Since i own a diesel and have for years, and when i lived in Montana, I would check my block heater, check coolant 50/50. I dont change oil weights on my diesel 15/40 works fine. Even in -30 without plugging the diesel in i have gotten her to fire up. :t: Dig out tire chains, chain repair pliers, addition cross links and Rubbers Put them in truck tool box. Repack bearings change diff fluids, grease everything.

The Norm

Stapled plastic over the main windows on the house not all. Stacked the firewood and covered it with a tarp. Removed all freezable items from the garage. Put fuel stabalizer in the jeep fuel tank. Changed jeep oil to 0/30 or 5/30 over the ussual 15/40. checked the coollant, Drained the camper water tank, get it ready for hunting camp duty. :?
