i've had my eye on this j20 a local farmer bought new in 87, kind of sad though as he can not see well enough to drive any more, and he lost his wife who did all the driving a few months ago, got word today that the j20 will be up on auction this spring. while i'd like to buy it for kbb. com's private party value which it 1250, retail is just under 1800, i'm just wondering what everyone around here thinks it is worth, so when auction time comes, and hopefully i got some money together, i have some sort of limit set as to what i should bid on it. here are the specs as far as i know.

-garage kept-
-well maintained-newer brakes, body redone a few years ago by local body shop, i know the shop owner he does good work.

i just hope i can get some money together, and no one shows up that wants it as bad as i do. :-|
