I recently ordered some restoration parts for my FSJ from BJ's off road
they shipped em the next day and all the parts were as represented ..during the last cold snap the hood release cable handle just blew up when I pulled on it, Now in my considered opinion the plastic just got brittle from the cold. But I sent them an E-mail to ask if they had had any other reports of this and if the palstic handle was available seprately. the E-mail I got back was to the effect that it was probably from the cold but another one was on the way..
That is standing behind your product and to me is the spirit of the Jeep community..They have my business and support in the future. IF you don't already know about them check em out
