My rear main seal on my 401 is leaking and needs to be replaced :?: . The chilton man for my 76 Wag says I need to remove the entire engine and a bunch of other stuff Id rather not get into if I dont have to. My buddy whos a mechanic says he thinks we could remove and replace it after removing the oil pan. Suggestions or guidance with this would be greatly appreciated.
