The plans as of now are lookin like this

1953 Willys cab, hood, and grill
J10 frame shortened to 108" WB
AMC 360
727
NP208
44 front and HD M20 rear until i do a D60/14 bolt
Sprung over on waggy springs
36s/38s depending on what i keep/change out for axles

Like i told you before, check your pinion angles. They look a little off :?:

yeh front pinion angle looks way off , need to parralell or close to parralell to the driveshaft
