727 builder in San Fernando +AMC-Jeep mudflaps for J-10

I want to go through my '84 J10 727 trans. I want the RV gears with the 2.74:1 low gear. I'm running 31x12.5x15 tires and 3.73:1 ring/pinion.

Who can I trust in the San Fernando Valley area to build one for my truck that now has a fresh 401?

Also looking for NOS set of AMC-Jeep r/w/b mudflaps.
