I was just thinking today. I have a factory square bore intake. It came on a junk J-10 I bought for parts. I was going to put it on a 360 I am putting in a cherokee to sell. But before I do I wanted to ask if it was anything rare or uncommon that might be worth something to AMC guys. Reason I had thins thought was becasue I have seen many many stock 4v intakes for sale and they have all been the spread bore. This is the only one one I have seen that is square bore. When were they used? Thanks, --Jared

Actually, the square bore is probably just as common as the spread bore. The square bore was used under all the AFB carbs thru the mid 70s, then they went to a Motorcraft? 4bbl. My 74 360 had a factory square bore 4bbl manifold . The 77 401 I got had a spread bore.
