Pin hole size would need to be 7/16" and that section should be 1/4" wide to allow for the retainer pin and washer. The female threaded rod section would need to be 3/8x24 fine as pictured below (fit to a later style HB, 0-ring/metric):

These rod ends would be useful when fitting an early (flared hose fittings) GM 1 ton dually HB unit to a FSJ with no other modifications required. They are not currently being produced for individual sale.
Here's a picture of how the early unit currently fits bolted to the aluminum spacer and pedal assembly. The early HB has a section surrounding the pushrod that protrudes beyond the back of the HB and prevents fitting of the (pictured) currently available adjustable rod ends. Threading can't extend beyond the right side of the green tape in order to retain non-binding actuation.:
