Piston recommendation

I have a comk[pletely dismateled 360 ready for a buildup. This will be primarily an offraod vehicle. I have a good idea of all the parts that I intend on using except the pistons. This will be a YJ on 42s, 360 (non FI for now), 727, d-300. I have 1- 1/2 ton axles with 5:89s. I am going for low gearing with good throttle response. I know that EFI would be the way to go but is not in the budget yet. When considering the pistons, do I need to take into consideration adding EFI at a later date. Also, I will probably have the block bored over .30.
Does Bulltear carry a piston line. I did not see any.

I suggest a cast piston a stock replacement. Forged pistons are overkill for alot of applications. We do carry these I think they are in the e-store
