I'm going to sell my 304 due to an SBC swap.
It has about 5K miles on it. It was rebuilt about 2 years ago and has not been driven much (obviously).
It has the following "extras":
-flow kooler high volume water pump
-new timing cover
-edlebrock valve covers
-edlebrock aluminum performer intake
-edlebrock cam
-holley truck avenger off road carb.
-open air element filter
-DUI (HEI type) distributor
-DUI live wires
-MORE Bomb Proof motor mounts
-completely new valves, rockers, lifters/rods and springs.
-new pistons (8.5:1) and wrist pins. (rods were machined)
-new clutch/pressure plate
-new oil pump gears
-probably something else i can't remember
-also includes new 3 core radiator.
The machine shop work was done by Precision in Canton, OH. Also assembled much of the motor. Block was bored to .030 over and crank was turned to .030 under. Block and heads were hot tanked and fluxed. I was going to have them decked but the shop said it wasn't needed.
The engine starts and runs fine. I'm going to swap in the SBC within a few days so if you'd like to hear it run speak up quick.
I'll take $1100 for everything.
Located in Uniontown, OH. I will crate it and take it to a local shipping dock for $60. Any shipping charges are on you.
If you're wanting to do a 258 to AMC V8 swap this is everything you'll need. I'm including all accessories like alternator, ps pump, brackets, starter, even the spark plugs.
