Installing new oil gears and plate?

I just bought the new mid plate and gear set. they came with no instructions, do I just use factory service manual or what? I was trying to figure out what gasket to use with the kit I bought both thicknesses.

If it was bought in the last 4 months it will have the same thickness gasket. The same gasket is used on top and bottom of the plate and will maximize your efficiency. We used to have seperate gaskets for the bottom of the plates but they were accidentally installed on the top by some so called AMC engine experts and they complained so we discontinued the bottom gasket and sell the plate with 2 .0085-.0095 gaskets. These will squish a little.
