I have a couple of decent harmonic balancers that came off various 401s for about $43 shipped. We have some really nice balancers in the estore which work well if you ever go internally balanced you can remove the weights.

The Edlebrock aluminum valve covers are available new again. About $189. I think the number was EDL-4199 at summitracing.com.
