SHERRIFF CALLED!!!

I sold a car to a buddy and he let another buddy use it without changing the title. Sherriff called and said their had been a accident and the car will be getting towed. Here he is attempting to ice fish from his car door on Millacs lake in MN.

Do they have any fines up there? I have a friend who lives in WI. A guy there put a truck thru the ice last winter. The DNR fined him around $500 per day, and it took him nearly a week to find someone willing/able to drag it out (came out on its roof). Between fines and tow bills, cost him nearly $5000. The truck was totaled, insurance wouldn't cover it.

A friend of mine works for a tow company, and according to him the police will call the nearest tow company with a certified diver. Can't remember the cost but I know it is astronomical. There are fines, but I have no idea what they are.
