What do you guys know about LUK repset clutches???? I have found one cheap, but I know that doesn't always mean "good". I don't want to put another one in 10000 miles down the road.
Any help would be great,
thanks

good quality from what I have herd, if I need one for my j20 that's the way I'd probally go since I don' have money for a centerforce laying around.

Wish I had mine installed you give more info. The shop that rebuilt my tranny recommended Luk. Said they prefer them over the Centerforce.

We use them behind the 7.3 POWERSTROKE's in the Ford SuperDuty's, they hold up just fine.

I put a LUK in my 82 Chero daily driver, 360, T-176, NP208.
Started out wanting to put in a Centerforce, but it would have needed a different clutch fork set up to use the Centerforce thowout bearing which was diferent from stock.
Been very happy with the LUK.

arent the centerforce for racing. I heard that they use counterweights on the pressure plate to increase clutch pressure at high RPM's but at normal speeds the only benefit is better friction material.
