...Not strapped to the bottom of my shoes. I got talked into takeing the kids roller skateing tonight. Let me tell you....its been a good 25 years since i've been on skates, and it showed :roll:

aftre having knee sugery, and being diag with possable rhumotoid arthritus this past summer I don't think I'd want to try it.
