Talked with Gordon @ Crane Cams about their Shaft Style Rocker Arms for AMC.
Said they have blank shaft stock kept for new applications and would do the Research if someone walked in an AMC head to them.:shock:
Needs to have Std. size valve stem lengths - in good shape - so
as to determine applicability - intake & exhaust - in place - .
Said that there might be a factor of .100 'give' but that specs were tight as to locating these correctly.
Head needs to be Stock Spec. since this will be the 'mule' that they create Shaft Rocker Arms for AMC around.
Anyone near CRANE or willing to send Gordon a cylinder head
for the development work ? :-|
