hello, Im wondering do i need to change pushrod length?I have had the block and heads cut to a 0 deck height. thanks in advasnce.

it all depends on how much you had the heads and block cut. the way to find out is to check for proper rocker geometry. then you can tell if you need longer or shorter push rods.
