Billet steel distributor and cam gears

Hey MC, how's a bout some nice distributor gears? I know, you can't use steel with cast iron. Anywho, I've been hearing an awful lot lately about distributor gear failures and it seems as if the culprit is the Chinese garbage being imported these days.

We have gears made in Spain. Crown used these suppliers but switched to a cheaper distributor for gears. These Spaniard gears are the best hardened gear ever made for a AMC V8. They are 4340 hardened gear set! Those that are wasting gears should read up on these things :idea:
