I have a chance to pick up a set of M.O.R.E. "bomb proof" motor mounts for my 401 CJ-7 pretty cheap. Anybody had any experiences with them? I.E. - do they fit, etc...

Thanks!

I have heard only good things about the mounts!

DO IT !!!!

Been running them on my CJ for years, and haven't had a problem. I was always breaking the driver side factory mount from the torque.

The early versions had some clearance problems if you run in-frame headers. They fixed it in the later versions. Other than that, they truly are "bombproof", and are an easy bolt on. M.O.R.E. makes quality parts.

Just put a set on my CJ7/401. The mounts are precise and my CJ frame is not. Took a little coaxing to get them on. I do like the quality. Makes a very solid tie in to the frame.

I'm running the MORE mounts with my 401 in the CJ7. I'm still only in the middle of test fitting everything together but they do line up well and they're quite a bit beefier than the stock mounts.
