is there different thicknesses of oilpump gasket?

Yes their are different thicknesses available. Currently only two thicknesses are available on the market ... A stock .0085-.0095 and a SCE .014-.016. AMC oil pump gaskets squish a couple thousanths when installed.

where can i find the thinker of the two, just at the parts store?

I believe we have a small supply and you can also get these directly from SCE
