:(: :(: :(:

Engine assembled on stand, no Intake on yet.
Using pre-oiling tool and drill, oil from all pushrods, turned engine 90 deg eight times.
After competeing pre-oiling, pulled priming tool, used flashlight to look at dizzy gear.
There's NO OIL on the Dizzy Gear ! Turned engine so a dizzy oil hole was visible.
Used drill to pre-oil some more for about 30 seconds, drill was starting to smoke.
Still NO OIL coming out of the holes in the Dizzy Gear !
Checked all involed parts & features multiple times during assembly.
Ugh !
Should be oiling dizzy a bunch, saw videos on YouTube.
Used a small amount of vaseline on the Oil Pump Gears, not that much, didn't pack it.
Vaseline clogged dizzy oil passages ??? What to do ????? get a bigger & better Drill ???

These are not my videos, but this is what makes me think should be buncha oil on the dizzy.

First video, oil still has water in it, thats why it's milky but actually gives a good contrast to see.

Second video, drill motor chuck kept on loosing up

Third video, drill motor was starting to heat up and, eventually burned it out

Forth video, big old drill, video is shakey, had to hold drill in one hand, camera in the other.

No oil to gear..check bearing alignment and passages. Could also be the large timing gear passage.

Mine took a long time to prime the dizzy gear. I had oil to the rockers long before I had oil at the gear. Give it time to get there. I did mine with a dewalt cordless drill with no problem. Used Torco assy lube on the pump gears - no vaseline.

Boy am I relieved =D>

Pulled the Fuel Pump and with the priming tool in place and the drill running I was able to see
thru the fuel pump hole that plenty of OIL was coming out of the Dizzy Gear on the bottom.

  #-o =D>
