we need to figure out how they did that! that would be the perfect tool for tuning porting valve angles etc.. I wonder if they had indexed that plug would it have fired cleaner??

Way cool!
Thought there would be more 'fire' than that  It should be basically a controlled explosion :bom: And where did the cylinder back-light come from? :-|
Now you dogs - get over and VOTE!!! (http://top4x4sites.com/cgi-bin/arp/rankem.cgi?id=MCfrom) We're severly behind

Well, whoever is holding the cam in there is pretty shaky 8)
Also must be a mild cam as there appears to be no valve overlap. If on a "race" engine you would see a bunch of that intake flow going right out with the exhaust gas.
AMC did a video or the squirt holes in the rods...but the lighting was really poor...not to mention they did it 30 some odd years back with the tech they had then. #-o
I came across it once..but can't find it now. :(:

Well, still don't know where that back lite comes in :-|
Got at least 2 valves, and a sparking device behind the camera - - - and then there's that rectangular light opposit the lense ? ? ? ?
Still cool - and WAY slow motion!!
