I picked up a car that hasn't been driven in 6 months and need to dump the 1/4 tank of gas in there so I don't gum up the fuel system. Where do I take this stuff? I live in the city, so I can't get rid of it the un-ecofriendly way I used to. 8)

either pass it off as used oil, or mix with used oil, and take it in someplace that takes used oil, if it's like here in MN they can not refuse to take it.

Mix it 50/50 with fresh gas and run it in the mower, snow blower, ATV. I usually use mine up in the mower.

I'd mix in some seafoam also if you do that, had old gas in my 82 J20, added freash, still didn't run real good until I put some seafoam in.

Well I tried getting the old gas out, but even with 4" of hose, I couldn't reach it! I ended up putting fuel system cleaner and a bunch new 93 octane fuel in it and it seems to be OK. I'll probably change the fuel filter soon though.
