Anybody got a Sanden compressor and brackets for a V-8. I want to get the A/C on my AMX working this winter, and I like the look of the Sanden better than the York.

Let me know what you got and how much.

I have a compressor and bracket on the shelf...what does a Sanden look like...I think it was off a 1970 AMC

The Sanden is a small round compressor, like on newer cars. It was only used on Wagoneers from around 89-91. If yours if off a 70, it's probably a York. It would be a square looking compressor.

Thanks for looking.

There's a company that sells a bracket to adapt a york mount to sanden.

I've gotten stuff from them before and they're a decent bunch of people.

Edit: found the bracket. link (http://www.oldairproducts.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=30000000_60000000_69000017&products_id=3538&osCsid=efc47e6141b4ee4c1b6b6380ce0ad1d0)

Thanks for the link. I knew the adapter was available. I was just hoping someone had the compressor with brackets for that OEM look. I'd still need the compressor. I want the upgrade without it looking adapted, I do occasionally show the car.

Hey Tufcj.....buddy has a good sanden on a 360 from 89 waggy. Compressor is known to be good as A/C worked upon removal. I'll ask him for price and whatnot and get back to ya.
