How about coming with a bracket to mount an external oil pump like one of these from Peterson.

Also a Power Steering pump for a KRC, Sweet, or Lee style pump. http://www.stockcarproducts.com/steer1.htm
They make chevy/ford brakcets which have to be altered it. It would be nice to have one that fits an AMC without modification.
