Running V8 Engine

I am looking for a solid running V8 engine. Preferably a 290-360 to keep cost down since 390/401 stuff gets more expensive everyday.

Would prefer it in the southwest but if your willing to put it on a pallet and ship it than I am willing to listen to what you have.

Where are you,a friend of mine has a 360 still in a J truck,my son is getting ready to pull it out,we can strap it to a pallet if needed.
