So I see a little oil in the 3 of the "manifold bolt areas" on my 360 with an Edelbrock manifold - where is that coming from? Should I pull the manifold or torque it down a little more?

It would have to be coming from the lifter valley, all the manifold bolt holes in the heads are blind. I'd say torque them a little more, if it doesn't stop, replace the gasket or live with it.

Personally, seeing that the bolts most likely aren't tight and he might have a slight leak along one of the runners.. who knows for sure, I'd pull the intake, get a new valley pan, clean all of the mating surfaces, apply new Black RTV and torque according to the manual... and don't use the rubber intake/valley end seals... You'd be better off going with a 1/4"-3/8" bead of Black Silicone... Once you have the intake torqued let the RTV stand for almost an hour (Depending on weather) and then go back and "smooth" out the bead making sure not to shape/push the rtv too hard.
Just my 2 cents
