I"ve been up since 5:00 getting ready for lunch. Yesterday I started Marinating 2 bone in pork loins with an Apple and spice marinade and put them on the smoker this morning at 5. Just got the temp on the smoker where I want it to be, Now I'm getting ready to add the wood to the smoker. Using Plum and Hickory for the wood. Then just kick back and wait!
Lunch will be about 1:00!
BTW MC, Is it to early for a beer? I didnt think so!
