help with exaust routing ?pics??

I would like to have some idea on how to route my exaust.

I'm planing on going single with stock ex/manifold, 2.5" or 3"
I woul like it to exit behind my rear wheel passenger or driver side..

do you have any pics that could help me out figuring a way

Factory manifolds. It's 2 1/4" (same as the manifold) to the Y, then up to 3". The passenger side wraps forward, under the oil pan, then back to connect to the drivers side. This way, nothing is below the line of the frame or engine. There may be clearance problems with the front driveshaft if you have less than 4" of lift.

Muffler is a 3" welded Magnaflow, along with a 3" high flow cat above the skid pan.

I like this set up tufcj, I've got 4.5" of suspension lift

how's the flow with 3" and does it get to hot for the oil pan ?

I had to swap from headers/duals/no cat to the full exhaust because of the smog police. I don't notice any difference in the idle-4500 range I do most of my 'wheeling in. It may have even increased torque a bit. There is a slight drop over 4500, but I seldom rev it that high.

Never had any problem with heat in the oil pan. It holds a nice 55-60PSI over 1500, and 20-25psi at idle. Engine temps seldom exceed 190.

I have a 304 with the Edelbrook shorty headers in my CJ-7. I had the exhaust made a few weeks ago. The passenger side runs down the frame rail and makes a turn towards the drivers side right after the X-case. It goes up and over the X-case tailshaft and meets up with the drivers side pipe. Im running a 2 into 1 Cherry Bomb. The single tailpipe exits on the drivers side corner just below the tub. Sounds great and seems to flow well too. I wanted to run duals again but need the room on the pass side to run an anti-wrap bar since I am spring over. Dont have pics but can take some if you want. Let me know.
