Sealed Power 362p cast are 31cc dish giving low 8:1's in a decked block. Ive read a few builds online where people claimed to be using 9:1 cast pistons, but Ive never seen any listed. This would require a 23cc dish with .005" deck clearance.

Is there such a thing ?

I am going to shoot from the hip here.

The 1970 360 had a compression ratio of 10.2 to 1 with the 50 cc heads. If you found a set of there with the later 58 cc heads you woud be around 9.7 to 1 I guess.

Not sure if anyone makes a replace ment for this application

One option in cast pistons are from www.egge.com for the AMC 343 4V and 2V.
They are listed under Rambler on the egge web site.
The AMC 343 is the same bore as an AMC 360.
Someone here built one like this earlier this year.
They still have a .030 shorter Comp Ht than stock, 1.57 vs. 1.60,
but are flat tops with reliefs, 4V 4cc?, or a small dish, 2V 14cc?
They required a slight modification for counterweight clearance
on the flat area below the wrist pin, about .020 if memeory serves.
