I have searched this forum front to back. There are many references to milling late 360 V8 heads (1975+) There seems to be no consensus as to how much milling = how much chamber reduction.
0.023 mill = 0.5 reduction in CR
OR
0.001 mill = 0.16 cc chamber reduction
What is the consensus?
My other question that has not been answered is how much can be milled before you enter the water jacket, hit the valves or cause other problems I'm not thinking of?
I did read one post on theamcforum.com where 0.060 was milled, but it was a 502 head.
If this get settled, maybe it should be added to the "head information" sticky
