I tried to find a double pulley setup for my 6 cyl (stock one has 2 different widths) so I can run my 120 amp alt with a load without the belt squealing like a banshee. Just recently got an Eagle with the Serpentine belt setup to fix it (the motor will rev slightly higher than stock anyways, especially after the 4.0L head and EFI swap)

How about a picture of the LOWER side of the mount - the top part is already in, but I haven't mounted the lower hexagonal piece yet . . . it's not so intuitive

still looking for a lower mount pic with that hexagonal 'thinginy' in place somewhere. I don't see where or how it mounts :-| Maybe I need another jug of Jack???

Hey thats one clean engine! Do you have a part number for that upper radiator hose? I've been looking for one with those bends to miss my york compressor.

Thanks Dan,
Looks like this config will rotate my alt a bit. Mines anchord at the lower mount.
Did you use a threaded rod thru the hex-piece?

You can't possibly be talking about mine. Clean? :?:

Yes, I found a piece of allthread that fit the hole on the block. I couldn't find a bolt that fit right, so that's the reason for the double nut.
