Just thought I would pass along the name of a supplier of very reasonably priced ARP bolts. I was having a difficult time getting some replacement bolts for my amc 360 rocker arms, when I found a supplier that would not only sell me ARP bolts at a greatly reduced rate, but also individually. His prices are half of the going rate, and he even returned my call.

ALLENS FASTNERS is the name of the supplier. He is out of Needles Ca. 909-223-8347. Very helpful, and buys in large quantity so he does not have to sell in batches of 5.

Thanks Jugg,
Always good to find a good dealer.

I made this a sticky so it doesn't get lost.

1970 and later part numbers I keep handy:

AMC 304/360/401 Stainless intake bolt kit ARP # 414-2001

AMC 304/360 Rod bolts ARP kit ARP #114-6001
AMC 401 Rod bolts ARP kit ARP #114-6002
AMC 360/401 Head Bolts kit ARP # 114-3602

What’s not listed in ARP’s book:

AMC 304/360/401 bridged heads mill down .375 use guide plates and roller rocker studs. early heads with small pushrod holes require no milling nor any guide plates. For roller rocker studs etc if you want 7/16" on both ends use ARP # 135-7101. For the smaller 3/8" studs and RR's which are ok at .500 or less lift and lower spring pressures they will have 7/16 on the head side and 3/8" on top use ARP # 134-7104. - *** Remember to use hardened pushrods. some setups need .100 longer pushrods.

For the Mains:

AMC 360/401 2 Bolt main 351 Clevland stud kit ARP # 154-5404
AMC 360/401 2 bolt main Big Block Chevy bolt kit ARP # 135-5002

Flywheel bolts since all too often guys are swapping an automatic to a stick and wanting the bolts here’s a starting point
½ x 20 thread my old set # is no longer listed but ARP 200-2804 are UHL 1.00” and close enough to get the job done. mine are 1.25" long and stick out a little too much on the back side of the crank

Clutch pressure plate bolts - GM 292-502 applications ARP # 190-2201

Does anyone know what the ARP # is for the AMC 401 1977' exhaust header stud kit?

I am not 100% sure but, I believe that it is 100-1412 for hex bolt and 100-1402 for 12 point. in black. If you want stainless replace the 100 with 400 in the part number. The studs are 3/8x1.670 hope that helps.
