Thinking about motor swap in my Jeep. What could I get for my 401/TF727 setup? Recently rebuilt 727 and motor specs below.

1974 AMC 401
8.5:1 Cast pistons .030 over
Federal Mogul rings & engine bearings
Comp Magnum Cam 270/270 Duration, .480/.480 Lift
Comp Lifters, retainers, and springs
Melling timing components
ARP Head Bolts
New harmonic balancer
Main bearing & timing chain oil kit/modification (re-directs oil to known problem areas of AMC motors)
Offroad MSD Ignition System w/ Rev limiter
MSD 6 Offroad Ignition
MSD Rev limiter (6000 RPM chip)
MSD Blaster high vibration coil
MSD Pro Billet Distributor
Holley Truck Avenger 670 carb with K&N air filter
Edlebrock RPM Air Gap Intake Manifold
Dual exhaust with Flowmaster Hushpower mufflers
New flywheel & ring gear

Sounds like a nicely built engine. What are you planning to swap in?

In today's economy, you certainly won't get for it what you spent building it. I'd say somewhere around $2500-3000, that may even be too high to generate a lot of interest.
