4x8 table, once and awhile when I go to jog the machine immediately after booting everything, the x axis binds up, as if the motors aren't synched. After a few quick jogs in several directions, it's good. Then jogs no problem and runs programs without a hitch. Never used to do this, and although it's still intermittent, it seems to be happening more often. Any ideas?

Sounds PC related have you added any software lately?

Pc is plasma dedicated, not even any cad software on it. Just dropbox and a dlink, but that's been on there since pretty much day one. Problem only started recently.

Swap the X and A motor cables on the big control box and see if the problem follows the motors or the drives.

I can give it a shot, but being as it only happens occasionally it's kind of a pain switching everything every time I boot it up.

Just switch the plugs and see if it happens on the same side. If it is staying on the same side you need to drop the motor box and check to see that it turns freely.
