I placed my order in September of 2013, #4309. I still haven't received the oil cap and the dipstick. I have inquired about these items several times through email and have left several messages on the voicemail, and still have not gotten an eta or an update on my order. Could you please look into this matter and provide me with some information?

You have a AOL email. All our emails go to spam folder when you use AOL. If you don't check your spam folder youll never read an email from us. 8 months ago...hmm.

Firstly, I will respectfully explain that I have received several emails from your company, including tracking information on previous orders and requests for further information on the items which are missing from the order in Sept of 2013. The last of these emails was 2/11/14, where I was asked again "what engraving did I want" for the part. I would be happy to forward these emails for you to review.
Secondly, my aol address does not explain the multiple voice mails I have left, none of which have been returned.
I have been a long term and faithful customer, maybe instead of trying to insult me you could just be a good guy and kindly redirect your efforts to provide me with some information for the items that I ordered and paid for eight months ago. If it's not possible for you to reply without blaming me for an email address for which we have previously communicated, perhaps you could kindly refer me to someone that may be able to help.
