I have 2 outstanding orders. They are below, along with the status
#6601 - Order placed and paid for 12/22/2015
There was an update email sent on 2/8/16 that said the order had been shipped. I have not received it yet
#6595 - Order was placed and paid for 12/19/2015
I have not received any correspondence on this order
I've called more times than I can count and left several messages. I've also tried emailing, based on instructions on your web page.
No response whatsoever, to date
I understand you are busy and have other products that you manufacture, sell, etc., etc... That said, it's going on 5 months now, no orders received, no response and I'm out $400+
I would really appreciate a response
