bobcad v27/autocad 07 lt issues

I have been having every problem in the book sense i have tried upgrading to windows 10 (anyone else). I even bought a new laptop with win 10 installed. Currently while trying to rotate a image in bobcad i get a runtime error r6025 and it crashes.
In the past bobcad stoped working when my computer wouldn't up date. It would take 10-15 seconds just for a line to highlight then another 5-10 to move to the new location. Also bobcad wouldn't save correctly and i would get a lot of broken segments on drawing that cut perfectly fine before. Any updates for bobcad or would i have to purchase yearly support from them for updates.
Autocad 07 LT also crashes randomliy. this has been going on for the 1 1/2 months so im not sure if its conected with the bobcad issue.

That may be a question better answered by Bobcad...BUT it may be a simple OPENGL graphics card issue.

i posted my problem on bobcads forum page and got a few suggestions. this is my reply and highlight of what fixed my issue
1: I forgot to log into NVIDIA app and update the grafics card from there. I was only updating windows.
2: I updated the C++ redistributable like you sugested.
3: I didnt find how to force a .net frame work rebuild but found microsoft silver light and some other frame work downloads.
4: in the apps and feature settings/manage optional settings i found "grafics tools" and enabled it
5: bobcad still didnt work but after a restart and windows update again i now have a working bobcad. I have had anyother time besides running the rotate command to see if it crashes but from what i can tell bobcad seams to run the fastest todate
