Hey guys,

Never tackled this yet....Need to know how to run from one edge to another in a straight line. Says edge start for this thick of material I'm guessing DTHC off? and should I draw the length plus some in bobcad then convert into sheetcam? any help would be appreciated!

Edge starting is easy to do you just move your part or parts using the 4 way arrow in sheetcam. Then pick the egde of the plate as a zero point in either X or Y depending on how your edge starting. To chain them all together so you don't have but one edge start pierce you must first have no inside geometry. Then when you do an operation use the chain length option and put a number like 100 and see where it lays out on your parts. Chaining is a very nice feature for flame (oxy fuel) cutting.
