Noise from the x axis drive

I notice a change in noise coming from my x axis drive, It only does it in one direction not the other. Cant seem to pinpoint it if its from the motor or sprocket bearing. Has any one else experienced some thing like this? Any thoughts?

Hard to say. Like saying my car is noisey. Need more info or video
