Need a Front Locker for my Front Dana 44 CJ7 Axle. Does anyone have any info or input on which would be better?

Looking for real world information on the new Detroit Electrac and not finding much.

I hear that OX Trax is in a Legal Battle and all orders are stopped and all parts will be on back order for months. Any one hear of this?

Any info, comments, and suggestions very much appreciated.

You know i dont know much about ox-locker other than inquiries and pictures but i will say that for the money a lock right (type) in the front cant be beat, I would never run one in the rear because i drive light small jeeps but in the front, they hook up well at low wheel rpm's. I also have had god luck with powerlock but i dont thin they are made anymore, if you are looking for a good locker the worlds open, but please ohhh please dont lincoln(weld) your front, also ARB lockers work awesome but who want to put $1000 locker in their frint end..............whew

Having Steve Johnson of http://www.jeepsxtreme.com/ in Fredericksburg, VA install it. I have been very please with his work in the past. I highly recommend.

Wish me Luck.
