I am looking at building long Arms for my ZJ. I plan on using an HP44 from a ford bronco which has the cast radius arm setup. I know binding is a big problem with this setup and I have read that extending the arms helps. I plan on using Johnny Joints at the frame end. My question I guess is will lengthening the arms be enough or do I need to put a wristed arm setup in also.... Also does anyone know the typical amount the arms are lengthend? and what the typical arm angle is from the axle toe the frame at rest on stock bronco? I am looking at how close my pinion angle will be, I know I will probably have to rotate the knuckles..... Anyhow thanks for any input....
