ok first youll need to grind off the purches

next make sure you clean the lube out(ok you dont have to change the lube if you dont want to, Lazy bones) Hey look the parts guy said this is a dana 44 gasket.HMMMM i wonder om what planet this gasket fits a dana 44

Next remove the old narrow track 20....POS doesnt stand for posi ist slang for something else

Next you will want to beat out the pin form the postal 44 with a hammer shown here to accept the spring pin (using cj springs)

Lift it up and put the old purches under the axle tube(if you saved them, new ones work fine)

You will want to space the axle evenly from spring to spring, this is 3.5"s from backing plate to spring on either side with a cj 36 on center spring set up
