Do we got any board members that could do some intake repair for a pretty cheap price? It's a str-11 edelbrock crossram. It gots some chipped corners, and there is a hole in on of the runners, it not as bad as it sounds.

Wow, sounds like a great candidate for some custom dividers, to boost the low end torque!
Most of the Crossrams out there are too nice/expensive/rare to modify like that.
What are you going to do with the intake?
I'd love to see someone run one of these on an engine that's built to work with it, instead of just put on for 'wow' effect (not a bash).
I've got one, but it'll probably collect dust till I build that 8000rpm AMC :D

Anybody have a picture of one? Just wondering what a "crossram" looks like.

Yeah, I had twins on my MGB and balanced them with a piece of hose held to my ear so I could here the difference in air flow - I was too cheap to by a vacuum guage back then :-| Course that was before I discovered Jeeps :?

True, a TR-6 would do nicely here in the summer - ALMOST as good as a topless Jeep  But hey, I was younger and "less informed" (that's politically correct for stupid 8) ) than I am now - and I had 2 of them. first car was a 63, blew it up. Second was a 74 - traded it for a FJ-40 that I got stuck after all of 53 miles :t: Long involved X-rated story there was some :bounce: and some :happy8: and even some :love3: before the :spermy: was expended. Then 5 days of trying to get the muddy foot prints off the headliner
